This is an in-depth discernment process to determine your gifts and talents for church planting.

Whether or not you are called to church planting, this time will provide great insights into your particular strengths and how they impact your ministry call. Through a series of reflections, treks, interviews, references, and use of Strengthsfinder and Meyers-Briggs, you will get solid feedback from exprienced church planters as to your readiness for missional church planting.  You will also be exposed to missional practices and denominational resources available for your enrichment.  This may be the best feedback you get on your ministry strengths and how you might use them in current and future endeavors.
